TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Prize is the design of a 4-page, basic, non-Ecommerce website. Design services are FREE (min $400 value). Photo Gallery can be included up to a max of 20 photos. Additional pages and photos can be added at an additional cost, but is not mandatory and is the sole discretion of winner. The website host to be selected by JAM based on the needs of the business. The annual website host fee and domain registration cost is the responsibility of the winner (cost can be paid directly to host upon selection or to JAM & JAM will pay on business' behalf...this is not a profit to JAM). An existing domain name registered to business can be transferred upon request. Website host fee dependent on business' expressed needs. Website will be completed within 30 days of receipt of signed contract and business info from the winner. One winner will be chosen. Prize must be claimed within 30 days of notification or will be forfeited and a new winner chosen. Giveaway is hosted by JAM INTL LLC and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or any other company. Contest not open to family or close friends. One entry per business.
